RAMA EVOLUTION SL does not guarantee at all times the availability of access and continuity of the operation of this mobile application and its services, reason why RAMA EVOLUTION SL will not be responsible, in line with the limits established in the current legislation, of any damages caused to the User as a consequence of the non availability, failures to access and lack of continuity of the present mobile application and its Services. RAMA EVOLUTION SL is responsible solely and exclusively of the Services that it provides by itself and of the contents directly originated by the company and identified with its copyright.
